Do you have a physical store I can visit?

We are primarily an online store, but we do offer a local collection/drop-off service for customers in the roodepoort area and surrounding areas.

Are your products safe for my pet?

Yes! We curate our goods with pet safety in mind. However, please remember that no toy is indestructible. Always supervise your pet when they are playing with a new toy, and remove any damaged items immediately to prevent swallowing.

Where do you ship?

We ship nationwide across South Africa.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest! However, creating an account allows you to track your orders and save your address for faster checkout next time.
